Hello and welcome. I’m Denna M. Gilot, LMHC, Founder and Clinical Director of Inner Mind Development Group, LLC, where we provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based mental health care to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our clinicians support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and adjustment-related challenges, while also helping individuals navigate complex healthcare, guardianship, and community-based systems. We create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, build healthier relationships, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
